Liz, her husband Jeff and their three children, Jeff, Tyler and Brittany have lived in the Valrico area for the past 28 years. They are members of The Crossing Church where she sings on the Worship Team and serves in other ministries within the church. Active in the community, Liz is the Executive Director for the Brandon Foundation, past Board Member of the Brandon Chamber of Commerce and Women’s Resource Center, Past President of Newsome High School PTSA and was the Honorary Mayor of Brandon in 2014-2015. Useful Tips

A lot of documentation is required throughout the process with several people requesting information. My suggestion is that you always send the requested documents to the same person no matter which team member requests the documents.

Everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with at FBC was very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were also patient and responsive whenever I had a question. I never felt like they were too busy for me. During the process I received regular status updates and was treated very well. The products they offered were very competitive with other lenders. I never thought I'd be so happy with a mortgage company. But so far I have nothing but good things to say about FBC and Liz Brewer in particular. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know.

Useful Tips

Helpful Tip: Be flexible and responsive to their requests. The loan process is complicated and they do a alot to make sure things go smoothly. So I would recommend responding to their requests in hours not days.

Liz, Jennifer and the rest of their team were great. I'm a single mom, navigating the home-buying process alone for the first time and they made me feel comfortable and taken-care-of. I trusted that Liz was looking out for my needs. I felt like her business mindset is that the customer's best interest IS HER best interest as well. It was a smooth and exciting process!

She also kept us educated about the status of the market and gave us great advice as to when to lock in our rate. Her team was also fantastic, they worked very hard on our file and kept it organized. They sent regular fyi status updates and communicated needs clearly. They were a pleasure to do business with.
