Kristen and Jet Home Loans made a stressful process easy and specially since I was in another city and with the interest rates going up. All was done remote saving me traveling expenses and very easy steps to follow. I highly recommend Kristen, Gina and Jet Home when you are looking for a loan.

Useful Tips

Jet will offer you to pay points to reduce your mortgage interest rate and it was helpful to me. This because the interest rates went up while I was waiting to close.

Kristen was terrible to work with. From start to finish it was a terrible experience. As a first time home buyer you kind of don’t know what you’re getting yourself into, so naturally, you are in need of guidance and you’re going to ask a lot of questions. Kristen offered no guidance whatsoever! Ever conversation was the equivalent of pulling teeth. She treated us like we were a bother. I’d ask questions and they would be answered vaguely. I do not recommend her!

Me and my husband started with another bank and the loan fell through, Kristen and her team picked up right away using their knowledge and expertise and helped us to get closed in time while providing amazing service, empathy and understanding with our situation! Overall was a great experience when we were already discouraged from the previous lender.

Kristen could teach a course on customer service! Was an extremely easy and fluid process because of her guidance and patience. Kristen is very knowledgable on her subject matter and also empathetic towards her clients. I was very pleased with using FBC mortgage and would recomment Kristen England to anyone (I already have!)
