It was truly a pleasure and a joy to work with Kaity. She made home ownership an option for me and was with me every step of the way. Useful Tips

Save for unexpected costs (home renovation, surprises). Wire transfers required by the title company may cost money (mine was $35.00). Try not to change your closing date once it is decided (this complicated my closing but Kaity once again saved the day)
