The process of purchasing and selling our home was not smooth at all. There were so many bumps in the road and we were not even sure we would be able to purchase a home let alone the home we wanted. Joe made it happen! He worked around the clock to ensure we got the home we were hoping for as well as to speed up the closing process since our home had already sold and we were going to be homeless.
