Joseph Haddad is my hero and needs to be recognized and rewarded for all his effort that I know no one else would have ever done for me or any other consumer. I originally was going to do my refi with what was my current lender (Rushmore) and can not explain how terrible that experience was. Joseph From day one was very professional and even more impressive was very knowledgable about this process and always educated me and kept me in the loop with any update that came our way. We ran through so many obstacles that was of no fault of Joseph but with any issue that came our way he always took ownership of the situation and truly made me feel he cared about my situation. There were times where I wanted to quit because of the city and other objections was making the process too hard for me but Joseph always had an answer for anything that came our way and made this process the best experience I have ever had with any company. I wish I could redo again just to deal with Joseph again a true asset to this company.
