I own several property, personal home, rental properties, commercial properties, etc. and this servincing company is the worse of them all. Trying to get statements for over 5 weeks. Impossible. I get the run around. Seriously suspect company in the world of finance. So frustrated. I wish I didn't have a loan with them. I have been involved in over 20 mortgage companies in over 60 years, and this one is the most back woods, dinosaur, of them all. Most if not all others are good or great, this company is BAD!
