Useful Tips

You will need to be able to print, sign, and then send many documents. I recommend an app called "Genious Scan" on a smart phone that lets you take pictures and email just the document portion of teh picture. This saved me many trips to a fax machine.

Jim is AWESOME! He is the 2nd person that helped me with my loan process. The first person (Bank) was not helpful at all. My realtor recommended Jim and I see why.
