Jennifer was kind, sincere, warm and friendly from the very first day we communicated. Throughout the entire loan approval process she was supportive and understanding. Her knowledge of the industry is superb, and she consistently offered to share her experience with me through explanations and answering all of my questions. Above all, Jennifer was never more than an email, text or phone call away whenever I needed her; she was quick to respond at every step of the way. I'd highly recommend Jennifer and FBC to anyone looking to obtain home financing in Central Florida.
