We recently closed on a mortgage with Jeff Duncan. This guy is a rock star when it comes to the lending business. He is extremely professional and to say that he is very responsive is an understatement. When I would call him, if he didn't answer immediately, he would typically return the call within minutes. I even emailed him over the weekend at times, assuming he would respond on Monday, but then shortly after my phone would ring and he would be answering my questions. We did a lot of work with Jeff around Thanksgiving and Christmas and he was always available. We even got a call from him late in the evening the day before Thanksgiving. He works tirelessly for you, his client. I would 100% recommend working with Jeff if you have the opportunity. On top of all of this, he even found an incredible loan product that other lenders couldn't touch. In fact, they weren't sure if it was real, as it was much better than what the rest of the market was offering. The next time we are looking to make a real estate purchase, we will certainly reach out to Jeff. It was the best experience we have had working with a lender.

Jeff spent hours with me over the phone, answering all my questions and teaching me the ins and outs of the loan process, home-buying process, laws, seller vs buyer vs lender responsibilities, and more. Not only is he friendly, professional, honest, and down-to-earth, but he managed to get me the best rates I could have asked for, as affirmed by other professionals and friends. He more than earned my choice as my lender.

Jeff is a consummate and knowledgeable professional who is not only thorough but who helps tell you what to expect next and then follows up at every step. Moreover, he really listened when I asked him to recognize that I was buying the home by myself. You cannot imagine the number of tasks, details, and go-dos there are, on top of selling a home in another location, starting life in a new location, and beginning a new job. I asked him to help me with the details, and he was always quick to highlight timelines and call me to make sure I got him what was needed so we could stay on track. I sincerely appreciate the coaching and counseling as well along the way. I am sincerely appreciative for the opportunity to work with Jeff.

Jeff Duncan is an excellent and very thorough loan officer. We were working with someone before him and they back out for no reason at the last second. Jeff listened to our situation and worked very hard to ensure we were taken care of. We would not have the beautiful home we have today if it wasn't for him.
