Although Miss Walker was quite friendly and professional we discovered she was not too knowledgeable or have a vast understanding about the vast circumstances certain lenders need to qualify. There was one instance in regards to Tax situation where Miss Walker did not provide us any guidance, but provided us, a piece of documentation that proved to be not the necessary document that we needed.

Gordon and Ms.Walker were so easy and pleasant to talk too..If u are not clear on something Gordon explained it and never made me feel like I was being rushed into anything.Just a great experience for me and I would recommend Gordon and FBC to anyone.

Working with FBC Mortgage, was an extremely smooth process. The Loan Officer was keen on communication and made sure to thoroughly explain each process. Being our second home , I can confidently say FBC and their team made this process stress free. Although we will be in this home for a while, I would definitely do business with FBC again!
