We couldn't be happier with our experience with FBC Mortgage. Everyone involved in the purchase of our new home were fabulous. I had a great experience having my Refinancing handled by James Sommer at FBC Mortgage, once I decided on the company and loan officer we were off to the races. James set a clear expectation for me so we could close in 3 weeks. He was available every time I called or emailed him a question about paperwork, and we closed on time. The numbers were as promised, so there's not much more I could really ask for. I will definitely recommend FBC Mortgage and specifically James Sommer.
