I never spoke to Greg personally throughout my loan process. I only received random automated emails. He only spoke to the on-site agent in which he told her days before closing that he had not received any of my documents and his loan processor, Craig was my loan processor. The entire process, I worked alongside Samantha Peters who needs a major raise. She was always available by phone or email and always answered all of my questions and concerns. The one star goes to her and her hard work. Greg does not care about you and is only there for the check. I would not recommend this company to any new homebuyers. The fact that they have a high turnover rate and you may start and end with another loan officer is saying a lot. Neither him or Greg communicated very well, if at all.
