Gerry Suarez and his team were instrumental in getting our loan closed. Gerry worked tirelessly to get the loan to the closing table while having excellent communication along the way. Lori was also on top of things with letting us know what we needed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using Gerry to anyone getting a loan.

This was the worst home buying experience of my me and family we have been scarred for life I will probably never attempt to build a new home ever again after dealing with these crooks. Originally we started purchase in 2021 Rates went up big time not their fault of course. However these greedy crooks want to approve you for a loan they know you cannot pay even being over 50% DTI. I request a denial letter as I know I do not make enough to pay this loan. Somehow they are playing with the numbers to ensure I can technically get approved by paying almost 10k in interest points and selling everything with my name to it. They are working with Dream Finders to keep our deposit since they say im approved I jus have to sell off everything. Stay far away from Jet Home Loans and Dream Finders they are owned by the same people what they do should be illegal.

Agressive, Bully. Why did I need to supply copies of drivers license 2 days before closing! Why did he need to run credit 2 days before closing, wasn't a problem, but why!! No owners we spoke to had anything good to say about there mortgage experience.

Mr. Gerry Suarez provided me with excellent service. He knowledge of mortgage loans is impressive. He was able to communicate this knowledge to me with ease. I called him several times for explanations on certain mortgage related issues, he either answered my call or if he was busy he returned my call promptly. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH JET HOMELOANS. If I could rate this zero star I would. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Difficult to get a response from anyone. I called and email people multiple time within 2 weeks and no one reach back to me. I was prepared months ago to provide the documents needed, but they requested for more and more documents at the very last minute. I have to provide the same documents and information multiple time due to their lack of communication. We almost did not close on the scheduled morning because our package were not done and available for the title company. MAJOR STRESS! STAY AWAY!!! Dream Homes Finders need a new lender!!!!!

We would probably have chosen a different provider but the builder incentives were too good to pass up. That being said, the issues with the Jet Loans was a combination of a merger which impacted their systems and the volume of business they were handling drove some inconsistent and poor communication. It did take a little time for both Gerry and Kristal to realize we were experienced enough so that we didn't need to be treated as first-timers without any understanding of the process.
