When it comes to Real Estate, specially in this market, you need a lender that can be agile, understands the changing environment, and are prompt in their response. All of these things is what Eric and his team do. They were quickly and very thorough with all their paperwork. They were advocates for me and help me through all my process. Eric assisted us with our initial home loan two years ago and the experience was excellent. My experience was unique but buying a house is special for all. My realtor, Dawne Nuri recommended FBC. It was going to be a Rehab loan but the buyer postponed and eventually backed out. I found another house the very next day that would pass inspection and did not need a rehab. Eric Remy changed the loan to conventional. Between my realtor and the expertise of Eric Remy and staff I was able to close in a months time.

Overall, 4 stars is the max. I can give the experience. Not enough communication during the process. Left us feeling anxious and stressed. No heads up about the VA lending process and the hoops you have to jump through.No final approval until 2 hrs. prior to closing.
