A great team member with Elaine is Patricia Collini, she's out of the Orlando office and the Branch Mgr too has great communication skills. They both rocknroll with sincere and genuine assistance. As many times I needed to call, text or email the ladies they never minded helping even after hours and weekends since I usually work 12 hr days.

Elaine was wonderful. She has excellent communication skills. The team of Elaine and Ellen were very professional, friendly, and always returned e-mails and phone calls.

Our lender didn't make us jump through hoops to get our loan, as another company had. We were pre-approved very quickly, she did it practically over the phone, she also only asked for the documents that were needed, not a lot of extras.

Five stars all the way. Processing time was very quick and they were able to answer questions quickly. Easy access via email and online signing of documents. Both people I interfaced with were very friendly and professional.
