No good communication between Efrain and the customer, Efrain had poor communication, we had to always email him for everything and response rate was very slow as well. Best promotion were not offered at first we had to dig into other lenders and a lot of back and forth. Jordan K was very helpful and very fast to respond to my emails .
One good thing, even But when he did answer questions were answered.

Was always difficult to get someone to answer phones calls and emails. Often took several (3-4) before we could get a response. Seemed like every time we turned around there were more documents to upload. Sometimes even at the last minute (2 days before close they realized they didn't have a copy of our social security card) and a week before they were still trying to verify employment.

Efrain and Jordan took care of us exceptionally. Whenever we had a question (and believe me we had a lot) they always got back to us fairly quickly and always had the answer. They made the process go very smoothly and would highly recommend them to anyone.

As a first time home buyer, more was expected. Nobody saw it fit to explain the process or what to expect from the outset. I got calls twice for instant decisions about things I didn't understand and contacted by 2 other agents I was unfamiliar with. They needed to explain locking the rate once a rate was given. How would i know locking a rate had a time attached to it even during a specific business day?
The terms used for some of the same things between lender abd developer are different which causes some confusion also.
The process was swift in some parts but lagged in others. I had to sign a document about the possible need for more documentation in the future. I hope that's not the case.
I asked questions and they were always answered. It's just that you don't know what to don't know and I didn't get the feeling anything would have been pointed out to be if I didn't specifically ask
