Getting a mortgage loan was definitely one the most stressful things I’ve ever done but I was blessed enough to have Ms. Edna Garcia as my loan originator.
My profile was quite complicated since we were immigrants from the Philippines and we have been here for less than a year, making it way harder to get approved. But, Ms. Edna was very thorough and she looked for every possible way to push our application through.
She was very patient with me whenever I felt overwhelmed with all the different things that I have to complete and submit. She made herself available to answer my questions even if I was calling her beyond business hours due to my line of work. She was very understanding and she did her best to accomodate me.
