Our whole loan experience was great! The only part that was frustrating (which any home buying process is) was having to ask them questions, when I feel like I should’ve been told the info beforehand. Otherwise, everything was great!

We were trying to get a loan under fairly difficult circumstances, and FBC helped out greatly. We had tried several different banks and we were all turned down or told that we didn’t have a very large amount available. But FBC worked out perfectly for us. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

I received a massive amount of paperwork requested 6 days before closing and told they needed a 24 hour turnaround in writing. I had to take off work to do this. In addition, i was required to get a corporate card for work for travel. The day OF closing Donna called me and told me my mortgage was going up 200 dollars due to "insurance increases." I had paid off the company card the day prior. In addition at closing she asked to sign my documents and didnt tell me why or what for. I felt taken advantage of with a 725 credit score, no choice of refusing this mortgage increase on closing day, and a high interest rate. We will be refinancing within 3 months. I am disgusted.
