Communications between myself and the loan specialist was the worse. There was no way of contacting her over the phone. All was done via email. It was frustrating not receiving an answer right away, specially if you're a first time home owner. Her assistant Dylan always requested me to wait on the specialist to receive an answer to my questions so no help there. I was told by Debra that she receives 500-600 emails a day and could not respond right away. It was one questions after the other as the emails were not to the point or clear most of the time. There were many things that changed from beginning to end. There was information I was not told about until closer to closing. Debra was not informative.
