This is my third mortgage from David and I can't begin to tell you how much I am satisfied with the service he has provided. He was always accessible 24/7 and always responded to my inquiries instantly, via phone, text and email. He has worked diligently on my file to overcome the difficulties we had due to some special circumstances (e.g. IRS lost my 2016 tax return, bank transfers failed to show fees taken out etc). I cannot think of anyone else to go to for my next mortgage. I hope he says in business for the next 50 years!

When I found the house of my dreams David was bale to get my a pre-approval letter on the spot. 90% of documents can be electronically signed and processed to expedite getting approved.
