So called loan officer vacationing in TelAviv for weeks and a week after hiss return, now 7 weeks into the process send me a laundry list, mostly BS! A disputed account according to him that is not disputed, finally does his job and do three wAy call with his credit analyst to find out that what I said was not in dispute! Spoke with TransUnion again that day and they deleted the account and my score across the board is now 745! No communication no transparent and loan guy would not even challenge the U/W over her not allowing for documented income from the employer! What a waste of time and a pull on my credit! Started over with a credible legit lender to move on. He is clueless, tried to get me to pay off a trade line that would affect the DTI, he thought he was dealing with just another dumb consumer who would buy his nonsense!
