This is the second time I w used Courtney Roberson as my loan processor for my mortgage and she is still the best! Courtney makes the process so easy. She’s beyond friendly & on top of every call, text, email! I’ve referred her to friends & they are so amazed how awesome she is!

My husband and I are now first time home owners thanks to FBC! We were referred to Courtney by a family member. From the first phone call to the very end, she was so incredibly helpful and involved. She sent us everything that we needed, she was very responsive and always answered our questions quickly. As someone who has never owned a home before, it was very overwhelming, but Courtney and her team made the process so easy! I never once had to follow-up with her because she always let me know where we were in the process and what came next. When the time comes to buy another home, I will most certainly use FBC again! I HIGHLY recommend using them!!

THEY STAYED ON TOP OF EVERY LITTLE DETAIL, ALWAYS RESPONDED IMMEDIATLY TO MY QUESTIONS AND COURTNEY ANSWERED HER PHONE AROUND THE CLOCK FOR ME. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND HER TO ANYONE WANTING TO APPLY FOR A HOME LOAN. THEY BOTH MADE SUCH A STRESSFUL TIME - NOT SO STRESSFUL.
