Cory was very professional, supportive and a resource of knowledge for us during our refinance. Anytime we needed anything or had a question he was there to answer it. We would highly recommend Cory for your mortgage and refinance needs. Although we had a problem with our processor, Tiffany, Cory stepped up and managed everything to recover her shortcoming and lack of professionalism and support. Even with the issues with Tiffany, Cory still made it great and worth while.

FBC Mortgage Rep Cory Schiedel and the FBC Mortgage Company has the easiest and smoothest process ever for mortgageThis is my 2nd mortgage with FBC and it took less than 30 days with the refinance. My first Mortgage was less than 45 days. They walk you thru every step of the process and take you to the finish line. If you have any bumps in the road. They will provide you solutions to get to the finish line.
