Corey was outstanding. He was available when we needed to ask questions. He responded to all of our emails in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with Corey.

I'd like to say thank you to Corey and his team for helping us through this process as first-time home buyers. We never thought this would be possible but they made it happen. They communicated with us and answered any questions we had. I'd personally also like to thank Traya for following up with us whenever we needed any documents and being so willing to help. I'd definitely recommend MHC to whoever is looking for an experienced team that is looking out for your best interest!

Since I was a first-time home buyer, I assumed Corey would have communicated more with me throughout the process, but he did not.

The rating provided is a specific thank you to Corey Ward for his consistent and professional customer support throughout the loan process. There were many individuals involved with access to sensitive personal information; I began to feel concern for data security. There were requests for review and signing of documents using applications from MHC, FBC, and Parkway Real Estate Attorney personnel. There were personnel changes made during the process without notification. As we approached closing I felt there may have been a disconnect between the entities involved. While I understand the lender’s need to ensure loans are extended to creditable borrowers, the volume of information requested to secure this loan, even with a credit score of 795 and adequate income to indicate my ability to pay left me feeling disrespected and exhausted. I would hope someone will read this review, walk through the process with the borrower/customer in mind and address steps to streamline the process.
