My loan officer, Colleen Conchelos, was referred to me for my loan. She was extremely customer service oriented always keeping me in the loop and moving the process right along. The mortgage loan process at FBC was hassle free and the next thing I knew I was closing. I am very satisfied with FBC and Colleen and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I initially worked with Colleen Conchelos as the Loan
Originator. I was assigned to Loan Officer Gloria
Mayol and I did not find this experience very positive. However, I learned that when I did not hear back from Gloria after several attempts to reach her, she was no longer available and that Stephanie Stallings had taken her place. This was just a couple of days before my closing, and Stephanie was helpful, but I did not have much of an opportunity to work with her. Most of my experience was with Colleen and she was wonderful. All in all, I had a very smooth and positive experience working with FBC Mortgage LLC and I would recommend them for your loan needs
