Chris Dahlgaard was the loan officer and everthing was fine, till he turned it over to Julie Mycroft who processed the loan. Ms Mycroft forced me to list my existing home before it was ready to be shown. This was uncalled for and validated by Chris Dahlgaard. I believe she took it upon herself to make this call. I believe this has cost me thousands due to having to show the house before it was presentable, unable to get repairs done on the new home within the required 10 days thus not allowing me to get my present house fixed up prior to showing. The added stress that FBC caused was unnecessary. My realtor stated that houses get considerable activity when they first go on the market and first impressions are critical. FBC hinder this in my case so I had to list at a price below what I should get by thousands of dollars. I will be filling a BBB complaint with the state of Florida.

This was put through the HARP 2 program. A very slow process but Chris and Maria stayed on top of it and brought it to closing.
