Despite jumping through every single hoop they've given me, there has been delay after delay and I now fear losing my dream house. Every week, they seem to come up with some new verification that they need. Why didn't they know this last week? Why does it take a week to get things back from the underwriter with NEW demands? Even my loan officer can't explain why they need this documentation. I can't help but wonder if the underwriter is discriminating against me. This has been a complete nightmare.
