We needed to do a refi & were unsure of what would be the best option. Trusting our mortage lender, Carmen, she reviewed all our financial options with us, & advised us on which would be best for us. Carmen and her team were wonderful throughout the entire process. It was a tricky loan with 5 borrowers, but she pulled it all together seamlessly. I would recommend her and FBC mortgage to anyone.
