Carisa was pleasant to work with, even when I was not. The new Fannie/Freddie rules are over the top for even someone with a $2 million paid-for house, a 760 Credit score, and a husband at 820! I will never get a loan again as it's harassing at best! Carisa was kind in explaining it and made it all come together. You have a winner of a lender in her!.
