Brian was excellent and communicative the entire way through (a process that took nearly 10 months!). For example, I had questions pop up as I changed employment midway through and was wondering how that would affect the loan and Brian responded promptly with the right information to ease my concerns.
The frequent videos were a joy to watch and, as a first-time home buyer, Brian and team provided all the proper information needed to help us along the home buying journey.

Brian and his team are awesome and were super helpful throughout the loan cycle/process. Quick responses, helpful tips and very friendly team. I got the reasonable rate. No complaint as such. From the improvement perspective, I trust there is a scope to enhance underwriter process. I might be wrong here, I guess when earning to debt ratio is acceptable, have an excellent credit score and financial balance is strong then minor transactions of 10K to 20K can be ignored. I felt that providing 6 months old statement to justify 10 K transaction was not important. Still, there job is tough and I totally understand their stance.

We had a wonderful experience working with Brian and his team. Brian was always SUPER quick to respond to and very helpful through the process. We were in the process of a new construction home so it was a long 9 month waiting period! Brian was wonderful even just checking in when there wasn’t anything to do and just letting us know this is the waiting period. Great team and happy to refer them and use them again for anything!
