Very trusting and easy to work with

Working with Brent was a breath of fresh air. We had a major hold up because we were doing a refi with another lender, whereby the proceeds of that transaction were being used as a down payment on the mortgage with Trailblazer. Brent did everything he could possibly do on his end to make it seamless and to help us through the process when our closing was postponed (due to the fault of the other lender). Brent was always responsive and easily accessible. My husband and I are truly grateful for all of his help through this tedious process.
