As a new participant in purchasing a new home I was fortunate enough to be partnered with FBC Mortgage. The entire process of as made incredibly easy and the support around all of the questions was outstanding. The continued feedback, regular email check ins that provided videos on process and mortgage step education all contributed to an outstanding experience. I highly HIGHLY recommend FBC. Useful Tips

Ensure you are organized and take some notes around what is needed to support the requirements of obtaining a mortgage. FBC was outstanding at reminders and providing notes on then next steps, but keeping your own tabs on what you need to do outside of the reminders will help the process move along smoothly.
