So, I went with a lender recomended to me from credit karma thinking it would be an easy process only for these people to back out THE DAY BEFORE MY SCHEDULED CLOSING! My spouse and I were beyond heartbroken thinking we would lose out on our prospective home as this housing market has been ultra aggressive. Adam and his team took my loan over WITH LESS THAN TWO WEEKS TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS before the seller would back out! Our Family were preparing for the worst.
