We were refinancing an existing loan. The existing loan had two parties on it - one was no longer going to be on the loan; the other one was. The new loan also added a different (new) second party. The new party was married, whose husband was overseas; and who did not want to be included as a third party on the loan. This made for a very complex situation: Texas community property laws, getting the proper powers of attorney from overseas, and many other unique elements that had to all fit together; and the timing had to be just right. Cindi brought an amazing wealth of knowledge and experience to tackle each of these complex elements. She patiently kept everything progressing toward getting the application approved, and then getting everything properly closed. She was extremely proficient at understanding the applicable laws and regulations across all domains, and she also understood the implications of how each element could impact other elements. Cindi made something that was complex and had a lot of unique aspects to it, into something that we were able to accomplish with ease. It was easy to trust her because of her vast experience and knowledge - we were confident in her. Cindi made sure she communicated with us every step of the way; we were always aware of what was happening at every step. She broke down the complexities in language we could understand. I would use Cindi again any time I needed help with a home loan/refi, and I would (and have) highly recommend her to others.
