We received a mortgage with a great rate and terms from FBC Mortgage through Vicki Molettiere at synergy Mortgage Services in Oviedo, FL. Vicki is a local broker that personally met with us to walk us through the process of obtaining a mortgage for our first home. FBC provided us a first time homebuyers loan with 5% down and a great interest rate. My wife and I are very happy.
