As a first time home buyer Tommy and his team, Marcy and Julie, were more than helpful. Anytime i called with a question they were more than helpful and went the extra mile to help me secure extra funding for improvements. Way over the top with the volume of information that was demanded. Just closed a mortgage with a savings bank in 11-13 and was not asked for the half the docs! Big mistake to go the mortgage broker route. Never again. Mr. Sorrentino was the only good part of the transaction!!
