Everything was very disorganized. We didn't even know the amt. of the certified chk. 'til the day of closing. We seemed to have to give all info. at least twice! It was in the top 2 most stressful events of my life! Everything was way too last minute!!!!

Your company is by far one of the most disppointments in the industry. In fact, I will never recomnend your company to anybody. Maronda Homes should be ashamed and deeply embarrassed to own this company.

FBC was great, I had a great team that included: Brandon, Devi and Stephen. They answered all my emails and phone calls on time and they were very very patient with me and all my questions. I would definetly recommend to someone.
