My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Stephanie Fera-Haygood with processing our mortgage for our new dream home. From beginning to end, she was informative, extremely thorough and attentive to our financial needs, thus making sure that we were getting the best deal possible. was able to boil down all the rates and acronyms into logical information we needed to make the right decision. Stephanie went out of her way to make sure we got the best available loan at the lowest possible rate. I recommend Stephanie to anyone in the market for a mortgage. I Didn’t believe I could get a loan. FBC & Stephanie surprised me! That began my adventure to move to Florida! During the 14 month build, Stephanie was careful to Assist me in completing the forms and details for my loan! She was not just a loan officer, she became a friendly voice always ready to assist or just listen when needed! Highly recommend! You also will be blessed with her guidance in the loan process!

I was mostly discouraged with the Under Writers who made the process stressful for me, and my wife, Stephanie. All I can say that Stephanie Fera Haywood was awesome! Stephanie went out of her way to help us get through it. I highly give her praise for working hard for us and getting things done.
