I don't know where to start. First, I sent a docs package registered mail and they lost it. I then sent another one. They lost 3 fax I sent them and had to resend. Numerous phone calls and redundant docs sent. I wouldn't let them close on an outhouse. I was too far into the process to change or I definitely would have. Do not go to them.
