FBC Mortgage was an easy lender to deal with. Loan Officer, Processor & Extended Underwriting Team were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful in making the loan process go very smoothly. Questions, phone calls and emails were always answered promptly, and advice / guidance was always readily provided when necessary.
