Scott and Donna were a great team to work with for our mortgage. They were both very professional and showed a complete knowledge and understand of the complex VA loan system. I would highly recommend both Scott Sherman and FBC to anyone looking at purchasing a home - first time or any time buyer. Scott was extremely thorough and answered all our questions - he made a complicated process very easy and was accessible whenever we needed help. We even encountered an error to our HUD at 4pm the night before closing which he had corrected prior to our 9am closing the following day, saving us nearly $500. Scott and FBC were great partners for us during this process.
