Horrible experience from beginning to end. I should have known to find a new company from the beginning when it took DAYS for Ryan to respond to us. But the lack of communication didn't stop there. Just when things were on track again, FBC CANCELLED our appraisal, without our knowledge, which pushed our closing back. Then, they sat on their thumbs getting additional information from the appraisal company needed for the underwriter, which again pushed closing back, oh and the appraisal was nearly double what any other appraisal fee I have seen in the hundred of files i've closed working with a title company. Maybe with the money made off of this refinance, our Loan Officer can buy a personality. He was extremely cold and monotone which came off as rude. Overall, I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.

My husband and I closed Friday June 30, 2017. We had a very unique and tough buy and RYAN went above and beyond. He IS the Man you need !!! Very understanding and can calm you with his knowledge,dedication and these words...." We are almost done, just hang in there". This closing day was the Friday before the 4th of July at 3:00 in the afternoon. We will recommend Ryan and FBC Mortgage to everyone we know. Thank you so much.

We just closed on our house today!! Thank you to Ryan for an outstanding job he did and the hard work he put in to assist us in getting this house. Thanks to him, we were able to work through some tough spots!

Ryan Sessums did a terrific job with walking me through my first purchase. He is very knowledgeable and very straight forward. He always assured me that he is working for me and that my best interest is what's important and that really was a huge deal for me.Going through the process of buying a home is a bit scary and overwhelming but Ryan and the FBC crew made things less stressful. I would definitely recommend Ryan!
