After going through 4 lenders and narrowing down who had the best numbers with the lowest rate, I decided to go with FBC because they have me the lowest numbers from the start. I didn't have to convince or ask for the best deal. I like that, because let's face it we aren't all mortgage lenders and have no idea who's fooling us and who's not. I felt like they were honest and up front and I made the best choice.
