The biggest issue we ran into with this mortgage company was that my wife and I wanted to put down more money on our home loan to lower the monthly payment. This was communicated to the loan team but this didn't happen.

From beginning to end, everyone we worked with at FBC Mortgage was absolutely amazing. Such a hard working and interactive bunch!

We refinanced our home through Patrick at FBC. it was a quick and easy process. He kept us in the loop the entire process and we highly recommend him for buying or refinancing!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! If I could rate this a 0 star I would. Patrick is very unprofessional and Extremely poor follow up. 60 days.. that’s what it took pretty much for us to get a response back because I took it upon myself to call the manager of the state of Oklahoma pretty much his bosses boss. Patrick would tell me numerous times he would have numbers and contact me that evening, then I would hear NOTHING. When I would call or follow up and NOT A WORD. I had to cancel 2 different Zoom Meetings with our investor because Patrick ONCE AGAIN never responded back when he said he would. He was also VERY unprofessional to our insurance agent when our agent reached out for an update because SURPISE, Patrick was not responding nor updating anyone. I have screen shots of all of these unprofessional conversations, lack of follow up, and numerous emails where he said he would follow up with my husband that evening and NOTHING. When all of this COVID stuff ends we will be looking at different Mortgage Companies because I do not trust a single word Patrick says and honestly don't want to have to deal with his lies and unprofessionalism anymore.

If you work with FBC, I definitely would not recommend Patrick Chicklinski. He’s only getting one star because zero isn’t an option. Poor communication throughout the process on something that took entirely too long from the start. Will never go through him again.
