Norman Bocci was fantastic. He remained calm and patient during many complications of this loan. Got it done in record time. And a special shout out to Alice who was an enormous help gathering documents and pushing organizations to expedite information. We are now in a beautiful home and appreciate all the work that went in to helping us.
