We had a terrible experience with a lender and reached out to Michael, who is her boss and he NEVER responded. We ended up have nearly 2 interest points (essentially $200,000 over the course of the loan) as a result of this lender's mistake. Other people that were working with her admitted that she had made a mistake in not locking our interest rates in on time and then Michael took no accountability, never even responded to our email.

Michael D Williams was a God send from the start of my loan process through to the end. I was very skeptical of purchasing due to some challenges I had previously had with my credit. After a discussion with Michael D one day last September, he told me "Natalie, everyone deserves homeownership, especially you". He guided me through the process and it felt seamless! I know buying a house is a stressful process but mine was zero stress and I equate that to the wonderful loan officer I have. I am SO thankful to Michael D, beyond measure! Words cannot express how happy I am!
