Initially the response was not good. At a later point it improved. For once the interest rate was very low but i couldn't lock it. He was saying some 30 days rule etc.. I expect PSH Mortgage flexibility on buyer on these things for better closing cost and save some money. Overall okay experience.

The only notifications I ever had from a loan officer were preset emails wishing us a happy whatever. When my 1st loan officer left, I received 1 email from Matt. I then received an email about locking a rate a few days before closing. There was never any discussions about locking rates in early or even what type of a loan I was looking for. If it wasn't for the builder paid closing costs to use this company, I would have left a long time ago

Easy process to apply through closing. Estimates provided when requested and ability to e-sign most documents was a great time saver. Rates were great and competitive which is great since this loan was done through the same company as the builder.
