The initial interaction was great, then came the screw ups which almost led me to losing a house. The manager Peter stepped in and assisted throughout the remainder of the process and got the job done. They could be a great company with some better organizational skills, just my opinion. The Loan processor Bonnie was fantastic and went above and beyond.

They made the process overall smooth and it was a much better experience then the previous bank we ended business with
