The final interest rate was substantially greater than the estimated interest rate without any discussion that the rate was increasing. There was no negotiation in spite of my excellent credit. I was pressured to put a greater amount down in order to decease my rate. I feel that I got ripped off. Also, I provided Trust information so the warranty deed could be titled in the name of the trust, but they forgot and it took another 4 months to resolve the issue and had to get my attorney to do the name change. I should have been given options for 15, 20, 30 year terms.
