From the very first call with Luis all the way to the closing table, this entire experience was truly an exceptional experience. Luis really knows his stuff when it comes to mortgages and anything related to. Him and his entire team were just such a pleasure to work with. And when I would call him, he answered the phone. Or called me back within minutes. I still cannot believe how flawless the entire process was. Even when we were faced with a slight delay due to the sale of our old home, Luis and all of PSH worked with us and were super understanding.
